There is no shared interior space. Guests will have a private bathroom & full kitchen. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room. Guests may use one garage spot underneath the apartment. There is a EV charger in the garage for guest use along with a washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).
If you have a boat or a trailer you may pay $25 per day extra to park it in the yard next to the carriage house.

The accommodations were lovely - just perfect for a long weekend getaway for two. The location is walkable to Forsyth Park and downtown and an easy drive to Tybee Island.
Great location for visiting Savannah by foot We parked in the garage and left the car there until we left . It's about 10-15 minutes (walking) to much of the historic district and about 20 to the waterfront. Cottage was well kept and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again
Excellent location, quiet and safe and made it easy to get around the downtown and surrounding area. It was a really great place to spend the week. The apartment was is excellent shape, clean, and comfortable. The dedicated parking was a great perk! Would (and will) stay there again on our next trip!

We loved this place for our three night stay in Savannah. The location was good and the fact that it had a garage to park our car was a bonus. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom was a very nice size. We would definitely stay here again when we return.
The apartment was perfect for us. I liked that it was close enough for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful accommodations, clean, location was perfect. We parked our Honda Ridgeline in the garage and never moved it because everything we needed was within walking distance including a grocery store. Highly recommend.

Sweet apartment in the historic section of Savannah. Walking distance to Forsyth Park, Scad and many more destinations. You have privacy in a comfortable apartment. We loved our stay!
The house is off of an alleyway so it can be a little confusing to get to but that’s the only “con” for this rental! It was close enough to downtown that we could be there in a 5 min drive but far enough away that you don’t hear noise or music from the bars. The property was super clean and had everything we needed! We’ll definitely rebook the next time we end up in Sav!
The accommodations were very nice. Extremely clean. The location was perfect for walking towards the river and managing to see all the parks. We were able to experience the Victorian architecture as well.
