The stay was fine. My checkout wasn’t. I payed a higher rate than I was quoted. Although I protested nothing was done to resolve it. The manager stated she would contact Expedia and call me back. She did not. I called the next day and left a message. Call was not returned. This was the first unpleasant experience I have had with a booking with Expedia.

I liked the refrigerator microwave and large tv screen. The room was small for 2 queen beds and only 1 chair to sit on. Lamp bey bed had a short which caused 1 light to flicker. Bathroom mirror area not well lit. Street noise on lower floors is loud——many trucks screeching their brakes. Hotel is convenient for restaurants and local shuttle bus.

Great location, staff was helpful, breakfast quite good but our room had wet spots on the carpeting and we had to lay towels down to try to absorb the water. Our socks got wet and we had to wear shoes in the room.
