My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Exp. In particular, we enjoyed the city view and pool on the rooftop. The hotel has a bar. Parking in the garage next to the hotel costs approximately $14. The staff was attentive and courteous. However, I didn't like the fact that a man thought it was okay to bring his dog into the breakfast dining hall; no, it wasn't a service dog. He seemed offended by the statement that I made to my husband about food safety issues.

Nice stop in Savannah

This Holiday Inn is always our choice in Savannah when we overnight. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient and service always comes with a smile. Highly recommend. The fireplace room is a nice spot to rest, is you have a minute.

GREAT location , Castle at the front desk for check in was amazingly friendly and courteous! The continental breakfast was good coffee was nice and hot. The only downside was one of the beds in the room seem to have broken springs on one side, but I reported it to the front desk. She was very polite upon checkout, a different staff member. we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visited Savannah.

We were not told that the room would be cleaned every other day, so were surprised when our first full day saw no room service. Then on our second full day room service knocked at the door and asked if we wanted service and we told them yes, but to come back in 1/2 hour and we'd be out of the room. They never returned.

Excellent location in the historical district

We loved this hotel. Excellent location in the historical district. Enjoyed happy hour. Concierge helpful. We had a room with a view of the river.
