I could hear everything in the room next door, phone ringing, discussions, EVERYTHING. The bathroom fan was loud, in need of repair. The parking lot is small and two large trucks parking across numerous spots. Bed was not as comfortable as other IGH sites.

When I went to the first room, one of the beds was not me, there was water bottles everywhere, and there were towels on the sink. It looked like the room was not cleaned the second room that I was in was not clean and the bed was not comfortable

Checked into a room that was filled with lamps (storage / repair?). Picture available. Left wife in hall (disabled). Went back to checkin & was told to get in line “these others were here first”. Took 15 minutes to get new room. Also, Keurig didn’t work… worst checkin ever!

The staff is rude and ignorant. Especially the girl that did my checkin if she cared about the people’s much as she did talking on her phone playing with her nails And twisting her braids she might be employee of the month one day.

Breakfast took a long time

The breakfast in this Holiday Inn was not a buffet. I don’t mind that in general but it took forever to get your food. instead of 1/2 hour it took over an hour while we wanted to get on the road. The waitress was rude while the suoervisor was extremely nice. It felt like everybody was new at the job and didn’t know what to do

Aside for this property being a little old, bathroom door in our room had numerous scratches and was missing hooks to hang towels on it. This is a very nice hotel for the price and location. I wish they offered a free breakfast, even if it was just a continental. My daughter recently moved down to Savanah so I will more than likely be staying here pretty frequently.
