Room in urgent need for renovation

Room condition was poor. Mold at the bathtub. No shower curtain in bathroom. Room service was poor (no replacement of coffee, water the next day). Bathroom trash bin not emptied. 2 of the three elevators did not work for days.

The property was great overall. The problem however is the general acoustical design. Since the rooms are around the perimeter of the lobby and public area whenever there is an event the noise level is absolutely unacceptable. Noise travels All the way to the top floors even when the balcony doors are not open. I spent 1 night not sleeping at all u til the party in the restaurant ended around midnight. This is a serious problem for a hotel of this class.
