Step through the emerald green door and enter the cozy living area, complete with a 50" Roku TV and sleeper sofas for extra guests. To the left, you'll find the dining room with seating for six. Beyond the dining area is the rec room, featuring a ping pong table for fun family competitions! From here, a door leads to the fenced backyard, where you'll find plenty of space to relax and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.

Back inside, on the other side of the dining room, is the recently updated kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all the essentials for cooking. Just off the dining area is a small workspace with a desk and chair, and a hallway leading to the bedrooms.

The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two full bunk beds, with a full bathroom across the hall that's shared with the third bedroom, which features two queen beds. Additional guests can sleep comfortably on the living room sofas, which pull out to queen beds.

Pet friendly.with linoleum everywhere except bedrooms. Fenced back yard was perfect for our pup. Plenty of seating for 7 or 8 people. There were no hangers in the closet but that was easily fixed. Beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Carpet in bedrooms was stained and looked dirty. Stove smoked the 1 time that we used it from prior user’s overflow.& Ice machine didn’t work. We just bought a bag of ice which worked for us. Location was 15 minutes to Savannah tourist areas and 30 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was very easy. Property had beer bottles, empty water bottles, beer cans, cig butts, a broken lighter and other garbage in front and back yard which I cleaned up. TV remote did not work so could not use TV first night. They did deliver new remote next day. Ad highlighted ping pong table but was broken. Closet doors off track so very tough to open or close. Lot of prior damage to report. Shared pictures with host. Given our experience requested partial refund waiting to hear back - hope they do the right thing.

Melted toaster. Needless to say couldn’t make toast.
As highlights ping pong table but it was broke. We reported first day.

We were in town for an event at the Forest City Gun Club. This location was very close to the event as well as to restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for what we needed.

Everything as expected!

Good price, good location! The only concern was that once you book through VRBO, you still have to sign another contract with their property management company, pay on another portal for part of the fee, and send in more documentation. That process was a bit annoying but overall good for the price.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was perfect for us to join family that live in Savannah. Loved walking around the neighborhood. The main issue for us was that the kitchen sink lost all water pressure. It was a holiday week so I guess that is why we didn't hear back after reaching out regarding this. It made for a challenge when getting ready for Thanksgiving.
