Everything was fantastic! Extremely satisfied. The only criticism is the ceiling fan was a bit dusty and the bedside lamps could use some shades so you aren’t looking directly at the light bulb.

The hotel has a great location with so many walkable restaurants and museums. Its very quaint and the staff extremely friendly and approachable. HOWEVER, we had our car valeted and never accessed it again during our stay. Unfortunately, they parked it in the public parking deck where it was sideswiped. The parking staff helped us file a claim...which was subsequently DENIED. I might add, the vehicle is brand new and has only been in our pocession for 60 days. Now its damaged and our financial responsibility to have it repaired. We entrusted our vehicle to the hotel and are extremely disappointed with this outcome. Needless to say, we will not recommend this hotel regardless of our stay experience.

The staff stood out. Fantastic group of individuals. We enjoyed our interactions with everyone...very friendly! The room was in good condition, but disappointed that we did not get a room with King bed as reserved. They explained it was due to overbooking, but not sure how that process works with who gets "downgraded" to a smaller bed.
