Mid-century Guest House Cottage on approximately 3-acre riverfront estate with access to a private dock on deep water for guests.

The “Boathouse” in its entirety has been rehabilitated with stunning, high-end appointments throughout boasting a deluxe master bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs; living room, modern kitchen and one-half bathroom downstairs. Outside areas include upstairs deck and downstairs patio, covered and uncovered.

Spend your time while visiting this gorgeous property by taking a stroll over the grounds, walking past the main house to the deep water dock. Observe the sea birds and wildlife or leisurely sit on the upstairs deck to watch the sun set through the old majestic oak trees. It’s truly magical!

This riverfront estate is only 10 minutes to historic downtown Savannah and 15 minutes to Tybee Island Beach. Stay in this perfect setting for your vacation, honeymoon, romantic get-away or business trip.

The location was perfect for visiting Savannah. It is well kept and the decor and theme made for an enjoyable stay. It was very private and felt like a home away from home. Dreamy location! Peaceful retreat along the inner coastal, sitting on the back dock we saw beautiful wildlife, even a dolphin!
