This unique modern farmhouse features a private karaoke stage with a massive 100inch screen, making it perfect for group trips, family vacations, celebrations, and weekend escapes.

Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation in our home. Here are a few reminders about your departure and the house rules. Please take a moment and have all the guests read them.

• Cameras are located on the exterior front and rear sides of the home as a safety measure during your stay and when empty.

• The door will auto lock after 60 seconds. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Please do not try to check in early unless prior approval has been granted by the property manager and an additional fee has been paid. Your code will not work until 10 minutes before check in. It is our desire to provide the best experience by preparing and restocking the home prior to your arrival.

• To watch TV, a Roku remote is provided (for each TV), that will power on the TV, make selections, and control sound.

• Supplies provided for your stay are a few trash bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper and each bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels. Sponge, dish detergent, and 4 dishwasher pods are located on the counter beside the kitchen sink for cleaning dishes and or using the dishwasher this is a starter kit. For towels and wash clothes one each per occupant plus an additional 2.

There is NO SMOKING in the house. If the house smells of smoke and/or evidence is found in the house right after your stay, we will charge an extra $1,000 fee.

There is a $150 pet fee. while dogs over 30 lbs. are welcome with a $75 extra. Max of two dogs.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Island Miniature Golf and Games. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a TV in the vacation home.
