cozy and convenient

This was a mom and 3 adult daughters visit. Location was great, easy access to food and fun. parking in Whitaker garage was convenient. Main thing to take into account is there is a bar close by that does karaoke on weekend and it can get loud(we found it entertaining and funny). There is a white noise devise in bedroom closest to the bar and it worked great. The other bedroom is not affected. Pastry and coffee place convenient right outside the unit. It was a great place to stay!!

Great location

Great location with easy walks to sites. There is bar noise, but that didn't bother us. Also close to electric chargers. Happy with our stay - 2nd year in a row for the Savannah Bridge Run. Will likely be back next year.

While the location was incredibly convenient, there’s nothing else about this rental that I would recommend. It was dirty (don’t touch anything in the entry), outdated, and the bar next door kept us up until early morning hours (even with white noise at full blast).

Perfect location

This place was adorable and great for our two adult couples that wanted a close place to the action. It was so close to everything one block from city market right on Broughton street basically and just a few blocks from River street. The noise from the bar was not something I really noticed definitely not in terms of this was the closest place to everything we wanted to do. We loved it

Great Location with very comfortable beds

Great location within steps to City Market. A cute coffee shop right downstairs. Within walking distance to all of the attractions, nothing was more than half a mile to a mile in any direction. Very close to the parking garage. Boomy's half a block away was great for good music and a late-night snack...wonton soup is a must! Only drawback was no televisions in the bedrooms, only the living area, but other than that it was an excellent unit and I would stay again!

The property is located in a great area for getting around historic Savannah on foot, but it also overlooks an outdoor with a loud music scene. We 12 hours of drunken karaoke blaring through the walls and invading our peace and quiet. The amenities were good, the parking situation bad and the loud music horrible. Not recommended.

The unit was nice. However, there is no elevator so keep that in mind and the units are on the second floor. Also, the entrance from the street is dirty and the carpet on the stairs is sketchy.

Great location

This was a very nice rental with great proximity to shopping, food, and more. It was very clean and comfortable. It does get loud at night in the room closest to the street so i wish we'd brought earplugs but we'd definitely stay here again.

Nice place horrible a/c

As soon as we got in I knew something was off with the a/c gave it some time to cool off never did, a/c system was frozen, contacted the owners through the app wasn’t expecting a response at that time of night, had a tech come out the next day to tell us it was frozen which I already knew. Asked to be compensated for the a/c issues multiple times that was ignored so two nights with the ceiling fans on blast but overral place was nice and clean we made do with what we had.

Great location

The location is excellent and was our main criteria prior to booking. You can park your car once and walk to everything. Please know that (if you care about such things when you’re booking) the bar downstairs is loud on the weekends till late at night (it’s Savannah after all 🙂) They do provide sound machines to help mitigate this. Also, it’s definitely an older property and the floors do slope. That being said, the beds were comfy and you absolutely can’t beat the location. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Great location. Close to many restaurants. 2 king beds were a plus. Only downside was a bar that had outdoor music one night but the 2 sound machines made it easy to fall ssleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, darling, clean place. Highly recommend!!

Best location ever. Walking to tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. Property was lovely, clean, even had sound machines just to cover a hint of nighttime bar noise. Stairs to place were a challenge with luggage but overall I’d stay here again anytime!!

Excellent Location but bad property

The property is old. The floors are sloping. There is a constant humming noise in one bedroom. The property manager was informed but there was no reply. Could not sleep for 3 nights because of the noise. Would not recommend the property till the the noise is taken care of.
