Launch Kayaks just steps from your back door or enjoy the vast trail system that winds through the woods and the Islands of Savannah on foot or via bike!
This home is just minutes from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to Tybee Island and 20 minutes from Downtown Savannah.

The Cove House sits on a private .67 acre lot with access to marsh and Betz Creek via the Bull River. The private dock is surrounded by acres of solitude and provides the best and most serene spot to enjoy the breeze, sounds of nature, and the best sunsets around. Paddle board in the marsh or walk/ride bikes through the island on the McCorkle trail! Located just 9.7 miles from Historic Downtown Savannah and 11 miles to Tybee island, The Cove House provides proximity to Savannah’s downtown hotspots, while also providing a warm and accommodating space, no matter what brings you.
All 5 bedrooms are spacious with comfortable amenities and plenty or storage space to spread out and make yourself at home.
