We require a 3-night minimum on weekends most months of the year, so please inquire prior to booking for a quote.

Downstairs: Enjoy the spacious floor plan with a modern, fully equipped kitchen that is open to the breakfast room with a table that seats 6; expansive double parlor with living room, flat screen TV and DVD player and formal dining room that seats an additional 6. One of the two vintage-styled bathroom with clawfoot tub is located downstairs.

Upstairs: Enjoy the comfort of 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a separate dressing/laundry room all upstairs.

When renting this home, you will have 2 reserved spaces directly behind the house for off-street, care-free parking! Additional vehicles can park free on the street.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (a King, a Queen, a large bedroom with 2 Full Size Beds, and the 'trunk room' with a Full bed). There is a Twin Rollaway bed in the closet downstairs which can be placed in any room. There is one full bathroom upstairs (with original clawfoot tub!) by the dressing/laundry room and one full (near identical) bathroom downstairs by the kitchen.

Need more space? 'The Janie' has two 'sister' homes next door, 'The Clara' (listing #675595) and 'The Stella' (listing #971160). A group of 20, well-behaved guests could book both houses and stay side by side. 'The Janie' has hosted hundreds of guests including family reunions, girl's getaway weekends, bachelorette, wedding parties, Girl Scouts, graduation, SCAD weekends, and more. Please inquire if you have any questions!

We love our guests and want them to have a fabulous time. It is important to note that in Downtown Savannah the homes are very close together and full time residents do live next to the vacation rental homes. In order to respect your neighbors we ask for 'quiet hours' after 10pm. This simply means turn down your music and refrain from shouting, congregating outdoors, etc. Remember when you are on the porches or dropped off by taxi late night you can be heard very well by the surrounding residents. Thank you for your respect and understanding. Drunken, loud, or obnoxious behavior simple will not be tolerated.
