Got a terrible experience in this hotel, the person on the room on top of us never slept the whole night, was walking and moving stuff all night, at 3am when we called to complain to the hotel staff, they said that they can't change us to a different room and that they will call the guy upstairs, either way the guy kept jumping and making noise all night and in the morning as well

We reserved a Suite, 1 King Bed, Accessible a week before the stay, paid at the time of reservation, and arrived at 5:00pm. Our reserved room was not available. Clerk was not surprised and was not helpful in finding a "replacement' room. Room we ended up in was bare bones, nothing but a place to sleep. At least it was clean. This hotel is full of "wards of the state". I imagine the state of GA pays more for a room than a traveler. Note the wonderful only two chairs included in our room. Wonderful after a day of travel.

Absolute garbage of a hotel. Water pressure low, bathtub was not draining, bed was trash. I had a 6 day stay booked at this hotel, and I left after the first night. Staff didn't fix the drainage problem, after repeated requests, then they got upset that I asked them to cancel the rest of my nights. Absolute filth and garbage. Stay somewhere else. Save your money. It's not worth it
