In a beautifully landscaped setting on 1 ha in a quiet area, not overlooked, restored farmhouse in a refined and comfortable style.
On the ground floor, large fitted kitchen with central island, spacious dining room equipped with a connected TV, lounge area and wood stove.
Bedroom 1 comprising 2 twin beds of 90*200, a private bathroom in the bedroom (bathtub and Italian shower), double sink. Dressing room with mirror. Beauty area with dressing table, makeup table and mirror. Equipped with a TV
