L'Echanson is located in the heart of the village of Savigny-les-Beaune, a 10-minute drive from Beaune and a 2-minute walk from all the village shops. Close to all amenities, opposite the château, and air-conditioned, this duplex apartment is situated on the upper floor of a winemaker's house. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes one private, enclosed parking space. This large winemaker's house offers two completely independent apartments. With private and independent access, each apartment provides all the comforts of home, including two master suites. Each suite is air-conditioned and equipped with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet directly accessible from each bedroom. Upstairs, a large and magnificent living room awaits you, perfect for relaxing and sharing happy moments with family or friends. It features exposed beams, wooden parquet flooring, stone walls, and breathtaking views of the château. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, a smart TV, and a pool table. Please note: the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a sofa bed in the main room. Please be aware: there are no shutters or blackout blinds in the living room where the sofa bed is located.
Cyclists are welcome; bicycles can be stored on the enclosed grounds of the building. In the village: bakery, pastry shop, butcher, mini-market, pharmacy, small tourist information office, hiking trails, wineries and vineyards to visit, restaurants, and a castle.
