3 Bedroom Modern Villa, Pool, Savoca, East Sicily
A Beautiful elegant modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located just 3km to the beach. At the stunning villa you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Sicilian countryside. And yet you are only a 5 minute drive to the beach and towns. A really perfect location to explore the picturesque east of Sicily.
On the ground floor your have a spacious living room with satellite tv and open plan dining area. From every angle you enjoy views through out to the pool and the countryside beyond. The ground floor gives a light and airy cool feeling with its modern tiled floors and all round windows. Also on the ground floor you will find the well equipped kitchen with all the amenities your could need including dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and many more with kitchen island with hob. Along the hallway there is a comfortable double bedroom with enssuite shower room and doors to the garden. there is also the utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each having its own ensuite bathroom.
Slip outside to discover the fantastic gardens and swimming pool with jacuzzi. Imagine swimming in the infinity pool with the stunning views of the countryside !! There is a stunning area with bbq cooking area and table and chairs shaded by a large olive tree to enjoy beautiful meals with family and friends in the warm Sicilian evenings. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided
