Rehabbed farmhouse, 3 wooded acres, and a pool + hot tub that’s doing the heavy lifting for your group chat. 90 minutes from Chicago, close enough for a Friday night decision, far enough to actually unplug. 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, room for everyone (yes, even that friend who always brings a plus-one). Hike the grounds or just don’t. Sawyer’s wine, fruit-picking, and dining are minutes away. Dogs welcome, bring them! 8 beds, 4 bedrooms and an additional queen bedroom. Large entertaining + dining area that flows directly outside. 2 separate living rooms. Massive private 2.5 acre yard with pool and hot tub. Sleeps 13 people. 90 minute drive from Chicago. 45 minutes from South Bend to go to Notre Dame football games. Sawyer is great for beach summers and fall getaways from the city. Between the months of October and April, the pool can be heated at an additional cost of $150 per the stay.
