Yoxford itself, known as the Garden of Suffolk, has a grocer, two pubs, and a selection of antique shops. The village also hosts a well-regarded arts festival each August. With Darsham station just a mile away, and easy access to the A12, it’s a fantastic base for discovering the area.

Entrance is through the kitchen that contains a dishwasher, washing machine, and full-height larder fridge and freezer. There is an electric cooker, hob and a microwave.
Dining room
The dining room has a table and bench seating for six guests, a radio and a chest of drawers.
Sitting room
With a sofa that seats two, a coffee table, a second sofa that seats three, a wood-burning stove, a television, and front door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is accessed through the dining room. This is a modern bathroom with an electric waterfall walk-in shower, bath, wash basin, and WC, along with a heated towel rail.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
With a double bed, matching bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and a mirror.
Bedroom two
With two single beds, a chest of draws, small television and DVD player and a built in cupboard.

Outside:
There is a patio area in the rear garden with a table and chairs for six guests. There is a further patio area with a coffee table and seating for four guests.

This property is located on the A12 within the 30 MPH speed limit zone in Yoxford.
