Located in a panoramic spot, this villa in Sayalonga is perfect for a holiday with family. To make your stay enjoyable, the holiday home has a private swimming pool, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers.

You will find the restaurants and supermarkets 4 km from the villa. The town centre with all its liveliness and streetscape rests at 5 km. After a short drive, you can reach the beach of Algarrobo Costa, where the children can build sandcastles while you are relaxing on a sunbed. Active people can play golf, canoe at sea at Maro, or visit the caves at Nerja.

It is not allowed to play loud music between 00.00 and 08.00 to respect the peace of your vicinity. Normal use is allowed. Sound in the mountains carries very far. The neighbours can use the stairs on the side of the plot (between the 2 houses) through the wooden gate and do not have access to the private plot of this property. If they do have a question, they can only do so at the gate of the main entrance.

Due to the peaceful nature of the area we kindly ask you to avoid noise between 0:00 and 08:00. We also request you to be sensible with the water, because of the water scarcity in Andalucia. The stairs on the side of the house are also used by guests of the neighbouring house.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 225,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

Villa Iris

A beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa with fabulous views to all sides. All of us who stayed would defintely go back. Only downsides - it isn't easy to find. Best to locate the property on Google Maps and then follow the directions to the villa, as it is on windy mountain roads with many twists and turns. If coming from Malaga, the route via Sayalonga is best. It would have been good to have separate towels for the pool area, and good though the sun umbrellas are, they only provide partial sun protection. Make sure you also bring plenty of insect repellant! But these are all really minor points in what is a really nice villa!

Lovely villa on a mountain

The villa is very nice and has beautiful views. The villa is well equipped and nicely decorated. The drive to the villa is up thin, winding, mountain roads. Not a journey for the faint hearted. When you look for the villa, search Google maps for Casa Iris, Sayalonga. Don't use the address mentioned here. This we learned the hard way.

A diamond in the hills

I followed the gps the first time to find Casa Iris. Shouldn’t have done that. There were others much better roads up to the house. The house was actually a bit better then on the pictures, everything that the description said about the house was correct. It’s a very nice house and it’s modern and fully equipped. In the nights there were strong winds but the house is well built so we didn’t have a problem with that. The only thing that can be good to know is that the road up to the house from Sayalonga village is mostly paved with concrete but has som sections without. We had a Ford Focus and you could say that the ground clearance is a bit too low but we managed by driving slowly past the sections that weren’t paved. A good idea is to rent a car with Hill start assist. In all the house is very nice and the view is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend Casa Iris.
