Excellent quality and... only 10 km from the beaches of Malaga!



This quality villa is a good option for persons with different tastes and looking for all kinds of activities in the area: beach lovers only have to drive for 15 minutes, whilst golfers, mountain climbers and hikers won't be disappointed either. Those staying "at home" have an attractive swimming pool at their disposal with sun loungers and barbecue.







Location and outside area



This spacious villa has a peaceful countryside situation, just north of Sayalonga (1,5 kms), a five-minute drive, and a traditional village of the Axarquia region. Here you'll find restaurants, tapabars and a supermarket. The beaches of Algarrabo Costa (10 km) are an easy fifteen-minute drive to the coast. The outside areas includes a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool bar with barbecue is ideal place for entertaining the guests whilst a shaded veranda is perfect for a siesta at midday or an alfresco dinner. The area invites walkers and bikers to explore its' beautiful landscapes in the Montes de Málaga and the Sierra de Tejada y Almijara where mountain climbing is another possibility for an active holiday. For those who prefer to discover villages where time seems to stand still we can recommend to drive along the different villages in the area such as Competa, famous for its' sweet Moscatel wine. At a half hour drive you'll be able to visit the natural hot springs of Alhama de Granada, the Picasso museum in Malaga, the Nerja caves, or, or... you'll run short of time if you'd like to see it all!







Inside and lay-out



The villa has its rooms on three floors and is very comfortable, decorated with elegant furniture blended with traditional elements such as wood and natural bricks. The living/dining room makes you feel right at home with 3 sofas, wood burning stove, satellite TV and music-equipment with CD. The kitchen would be favourite of a keen chef and is very well equipped a vitro hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffeemaker and all kinds of utensils. There are 3 double bedrooms, 3 twins and 4 four bathroom (of which two with shower and two with Jacuzzi and hydro-massage). A straw will have to be drawn for who's going to take the third floor bedroom, a romantic hide-away under an inclined wooden ceiling. On request and at an additional cost, 2 additional children can be accommodated.
