You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally location. Nearby attractions include: MASCO, Hancore, State Line Auction, Elmira College & many parks. Many restaurants, shops and pubs are within a short walk. My favorites include: Yanuzzis/Angry Burrito/1883
Enjoy this spacious-appealing home. It has 1 roomy, relaxing bedroom equipped with 2 queen beds and a sitting area with a pullout sofa, comfortable living room and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a relaxing, comfortable stay on a low budget.
Free, safe parking available at the end of the Lockhart St and Lehigh Ave. From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM
No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop to say hello.
