This is a very spacious 1 BR apartment for up to 4 guest, with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, living area with air mattress and TV, private bedroom with Smart TV and safe; bathroom with shower, private balcony and a rooftop deck with Palapa. Filtered water, Wifi, and AC in the bedroom. There are approximately 25 stairs to walk up to get to the apartment. Includes carport to park a car or golf cart.
The space
The property is in a great area. This is a secure building with 2 gates that can be locked for added comfort and safety. The fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. Full size bed in the bedroom; Bathroom with shower; water filtration system; Private balcony with a great view of the neighborhood. A spiral staircase leads you to the rooftop deck with palapa, cement couches and 2 lounge chairs.
