The kitchen is fully equipped for dining or enjoy the outdoor BBQ in the entertaining area whilst soaking up the sunshine and views. Scamander stays don't get much better than this with local restaurants, fish and chip shops and cafes just a stone's throw away. Bella Blue sleeps up to five people and has a fully fenced yard which is ideal for families, there's plenty of room to move. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an open plan kitchen and living area that boasts a bright and neutral palette. The well-appointed kitchen is both generous in size and functional, with modern appliances. The property offers two bright bedrooms and a modern bathroom. This property has been thoughtfully designed with entertaining in mind offering a large deck looking out towards the river and a separate outdoor entertaining area. Self-check - I am available for any queries via phone or email and located nearby. Bella Blue is located centrally in Scamander with direct access to the boat ramp, jetty, river and beaches. The still water opposite the property provides a beautiful spot to picnic or fish. Just a 13-minute drive to St Helens Mountain Bike Trails, 15 minutes to St Helens and 30 minutes to The Bay of Fires.
