Cosy, rustic house "Country House", surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Scansano, 1.4 km from the centre of Bivio di Montorgiali, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 800 m2, well-kept terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Hot tub. 600 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Marina di Grosseto" 33 km. Nearby attractions: Grosseto 16 km, Magliano in Toscana 30 km, Talamone 40 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 40 km, Campagnatico 20 km. Hiking paths: Parco dell´Uccellina 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
