Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Private grassed area . Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. As you enter the cottage, you’ll be greeted by the beamed living room. Comfortable sofas are arranged around an electric stove and TV, creating a cosy space to unwind. The living room seamlessly flows into the dining area, allowing for effortless socialising and memorable shared meals. Just a step down from the dining area, you’ll find a well-appointed kitchen and a ground-floor shower room, as well as a utility room for your convenience. Moving upstairs to the first floor, you’ll discover two delightful double bedrooms that offer a peaceful haven for restful nights. One of the bedrooms features a Velux window, granting you stunning sea views to wake up to. Completing the accommodation is a tastefully designed bathroom, providing a relaxing space to rejuvenate. This property has an inter-connecting internal door (which will be locked) with Beacon at High Peak House (ref UK44719) and can be booked together to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Nearby, you’ll find a multitude of fabulous walks, including the Cleveland Way, which meanders along the dramatic cliff tops, and the Cinder Track, a scenic pathway linking Whitby and Scarborough. In Ravenscar, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the rocky bay adorned with a large seal colony. A steep footpath down the cliffside grants access to this natural wonder, allowing you to observe the seals in their natural habitat. Within reach of the cottage lie several enchanting coastal destinations. Whitby, a historic town steeped in maritime heritage, entices visitors with its atmospheric abbey ruins and picturesque winding streets. Discover the captivating charm of Robin Hood’s Bay, a postcard-perfect fishing village with quaint cottages, inviting tea rooms, and a fascinating history of smugglers. The village of Staithes, characterised by its vibrant harbour, with cottages nestled against cliffs, and artistic heritage. Sandsend, a coastal gem boasting a long sandy beach, is an excellent spot for strolls and basking in the sun. Surrounding the area is the awe-inspiring North York Moors National Park, a haven of unspoiled natural beauty.

The cottage was very warm and welcoming when we opened the door.lots of little extra touches which we didn't expect.Magnificent view's. Lovely Hotel restaurant within walking distance and also a tea room where the old station used to be. Would be a lovely spot in war.er weather. Would definitely stay again.
