Summary:
A ground floor one bedroom apartment in a contemporary style but reflecting period elegance. Small room that can be used as a cot room for young children.

Close to town and the shops at Ramshill Road they are only minutes walk from the Spa Conference and Entertainments centre and just up from the cliff lift that takes you to straight down to the south beach in Scarborough.

The Space:
The apartments in this building were converted in 2004 from a former clergy retreat. This splendid building was thoughtfully and tastefully renovated and brought into the 21st century.
All the apartments come with well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms they all have free Wi-Fi and we provide luxurious linen and towels with each apartment.

Apartment 22 is one bedroomed flat on the ground floor and therefore you won't need the lift It has a quite tucked away feel to the place. The lounge has a full double sofa bed for additional guests.

The apartments are situated just around the corner from Ramshill Rd Shops where you can find a local Sainsbury's, butcher, bakers, pharmacists and numerous food outlets and cafes including a Pizza Hut takeaway store.

Short break in Scarborough

The communication with the property manager was good, he was very helpful & replied immediately. The property is ok just a bit far out for with our mobility problems. Comfy beds & everything we needed for short break
