Room was very clean but i would hope so with the hotel only being a month old. Does not supply any soap. You have to pay to wash your hands. Have never experienced this, even in a dingy motel. Also if you have a long stay was told they only do housekeeping twice a month. Who doesnt at least clean their sheets every week?

The only thing I didn't like was there were no hair dryers and the water did got hot. They were working on the problem. Over all it was we had great stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We were there six nights and never once did they ask to clean our room, we asked for an extra chair in the king size room for two individuals. They said they had none. They didn’t have five or six rooms in use. Are you kidding me! When asking for a towel, they said we had to bring down the dirty towels before they would give us any. Asking for toilet paper I thought they were gonna ask us to give us the used toilet paper before they give us another role. The water was lukewarm. It was a horrible experience. I thought where the hotel had only been open for a week, at the staff desk, people and management would be very friendly and over-the-top. The only people I felt that were that way was the cleaning staff. They were accommodating.

The newness of property was especially enjoyed. I loved the enormous laundry room. The attention to detail, was everywhere: many outlets, coffee availability in lobby. I would have appreciated a hair dryer from the front desk. I didn’t pack one, because every hotel has had one.
