Ocean Pearl - Seaside Sanctuary
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.Ocean Pearl is a 6-bedroom detached house in Scarborough’s historic Old Town, just minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups, it sleeps up to 10 guests and features two spacious lounges, a modern kitchen, five bathrooms, and a private outdoor area with sea views. Enjoy comfort, space, and a prime location near shops, restaurants, and the harbour. Ideal for a memorable seaside escape.
PARKING - The old town area can be difficult to park, however we do our best to support this. There are parking scratch cards provided at the property for the surrounding public parking zone areas which are detailed on the street parking signs inc outside the property when available. We provide scratch cards for 2 vehicles for the duration of your stay from the day after arrival. There are also various pay and display car parks along the sea front. We would recommend the quietest one being Paradise Mews, Paradise, Scarborough YO11 1RY at the top of the hill
SMOKING - Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the property.
PETS - No Pets allowed
NOISE - We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, particularly in the outdoor areas, especially after 11 pm. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am.
CLEANING - Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout their stay. A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Overnight stays for additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
BROKEN/MISSING ITEMS - We kindly request you report any broken items during your stay. You are responsible for any damages incurred. Prompt reporting ensures timely repairs or replacements. Failure to report damages or missing items on your departure may result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us maintain our space for future guests.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS - If any personal items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to assist in returning them. However, please note that a handling fee of £20 will be charged in addition to the cost of postage.
