The apartment offers lake view (5 minutes walk to the beach), a covered terrace, a barbecue and a garden with sunbathing area and sun loungers. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. For a third and fourth person there is a sofa bed in the living room and a side-bed, which can be placed in the living room or bedroom. Extra charges, bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.

The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, coffee machine (Tassimo), toaster, stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer, illuminated vanity mirror and is equipped with towels, bathrobes and facial tissues. The living room has a flat-screen TV with surround sound system and Blu-ray player as well as an extensive collection of Blu-ray DVD's and CD's. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and a spacious wardrobe incl. Safe equipped. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. For a third and fourth person there is a sofa bed in the living room (mattress 150 x 170cm) and a side bed (90x200cm), which can be placed in the living room or bedroom. Additional costs, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, coffee filters & holders (for filter coffee) dishwasher tabs, dish soap, dish towels, vinegar / oil / salt / pepper, tealights, grill use incl. Charcoal and lighters are included in the room rate for all guests. Likewise the use of the Blu-ray / CD collection and the sunbeds incl. Comfort Pads. Guests with 7 days minimum stay receive additional 1 fl. Sparkling wine, sweets, 1 box of mineral water and a sauna voucher. For a surcharge we offer: - Phone & SMS incl.
