Nie wieder über Belvilla buchen!!!

Es fing damit an, dass mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass man meine Kontoverbindung benötigt, um die Kaution zurückzahlen zu können. Also habe ich die Nummer gewählt, die mir im Schreiben mitgeteilt wurde. Dies war aber so etwas wie die Notrufnummer. Also rief ich die mir telefonisch mitgeteilte Nummer an. Leider war es nicht möglich, meine Kontodaten telefonisch zu erfassen, also schrieb ich eine E-Mail. In der Buchungsbestätigung teilte man mir mit, ich würde den Schlüsselcode zwei Tage vor Abreise erhalten, was aber leider nicht geschah. Auf meine Mail hat man leider nicht reagiert, telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen, da Weihnachten war… Also fuhren wir los, in der Hoffnung, an der Rezeption jemanden anzutreffen, der weiterhelfen kann. Vor Ort gab es aber keine Rezeption, und keinen Menschen, der helfen konnte.. Also startete ich einen Chat mit der künstlichen Intelligenz. Es dauerte ca. eine Stunde, bis dieser klar war, dass wir schon alles versucht hatten, um an den Schlüsselcode zu kommen, aber wegen des Feiertages niemand in der Lage war uns zu helfen. Dann bekam ich eine sogenannte SOS-Mailadresse, die ich anschreiben sollte. Nach weiteren ca. 20 Minuten (eine gefühlte Ewigkeit) kam dann endlich der Schlüsselcode. Das war schön, aber leider war die Heizung komplett ausgeschaltet, und es eiskalt im Haus. Bedingt durch die Fußbodenheizung dauerte es 2 Tage, bis es warm wurde. Obwohl ich eigentlich bei FeWo das Haus gefunden habe, lief die Buchung über belvilla. Nie wieder!!!
