A work in progress

The hotel is clearly in the process of being refurbished. The post-Corona effect may have impacted things. It was disappointing that there was no bar or restaurant and that the spa/pool wasn't open.

Die Rezeption ist nur sehr eingeschränkt besetzt, das Zimmer war furchtbar und erinnerte an eine dunkle Jugendherberge, haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir den Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen haben obwohl wir drei reserviert hatten, das Bad war aus den 80igern das Bett eine Notliege und der Fernseher war kaputt

Gute Unterkunft mit tollen Mitarbeitern!

Wir haben zwecks Seminar 2 Nächte im Schlangenbader Hof verbracht und waren total zufrieden! Gratis überdeckte Parkplätze, TV (gut, es haben tatsächlich nicht alle Sender funktioniert, wie bei den Bewertungen schon öfters angeprangert wurde, aber für uns war es absolut ausreichend), extrem nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter! Auch das Einchecken zu später Stunde war absolut problemlos. Die einzige kleine Anmerkung die wir haben, war die nicht funktionierende Heizung, welche zwar in unserem Beisein repariert wurde, aber danach trotzdem noch kalt blieb. Aber da wir sowieso nur nachts im Zimmer waren und die Decken sehr warm, war das auch nebensächlich. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein, werden wir sicher erneut hier buchen!

Das Hotel wear sehr unpersönlich. Das Zimmer super kalt unter dem Dach. Wir waren mit dem Kind da und mussten in den 5. Stock. Ab dem 4. Stock gibts keinen Aufzug mehr. Das Frühstück war das Geld auch nicht wert. Wenn es eine Alternative gibt, buchen Sie besser das.

Das Hotel scheint renoviert zu werden. Empfangsbereich und Speisesaal schon sehr schön. Sauberkeit im Bad war grenzwertig. Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, Bett war höchstens 1,60 m breit. Balkon ungepflegt. Fernsehsender standen nur öffenlich-rechtliche zur Verfügung. Frühstück sehr umpfangreich und lecker!

Check-In: Katastrophe! Reserviert via Expedia ein "De Luxe-Einzelzimmer mit Komfortbett". Bei Ankunft keine kompetente Rezeption, die behauptete, es läge überhaupt keine Buchung vor. Nach langem Hin- und Her dann "wir reinigen ein Zimmer und bereiten es vor". Zimmer: Katastrophe! Das "De-Luxe-Einzelzimmer" zeigt sich als verwohntes und renovierungsbedürftige Schlafstelle. Schwarzschimmel an Duschwänden, keine Handtuchhalter, WC-Rolle mangels Aufhänger neben der Toilette. Bad insgesamt klein, man kann sich dort kaum drehen, abtrocknen muss man sich bei geöffneter Badtür im Flur. Kein Zusammenhang mit den Bildern, welche bei Aufruf des Hotels gezeigt werden. Kein Fernsehempfang möglich. Problem auch während Aufenthalte nicht behoben. Hellhörig. Machte den Eindruck, das hier ein Zimmer improvisiert werden sollte. Fernseher steht auf Schreibtisch, trotz Halterung. Umgebung: Baustelle im Hotel an vielen Stellen. Man sieht nur einen Handwerker und überall Baustaub und Spuren der Bauarbeiten. Draußen um das Hotel wuchert Unkraut, insgesamt alles sehr ungepflegt. Ein Restaurant ist zwar küchentechnisch ausgerüstet, aber nicht in Betrieb. Gesamtes Hotel wird scheinbar nur von 3 Männern bewirtschaftet. Spa nicht in Betrieb. Frühstück: Optisch ansprechend, Brötchen sehr hart. Kaffee in Pumpkannen mit Kaffeesatz. Eintönig. Check-Out: Bei Check-out wurde ein fasst doppelter Preis verlangt. Erst nach erheblichem Protest Rechnungskorrektur. Fazit: Never again! (Auch die Meinung anderer)

Hotel TOP / Frühstück FLOP

Sauberes Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten hinter dem Hotel (kostenlos). Leider habe ich noch nie ein so schlechtes Frühstück gesehen bei wohlgemerkt zusätzlichen 10 euro. Bitte nachbessern, dann ist alles Spitze.
