This modern apartment offers 74 m² of spacious living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Schlei from your balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Here you'll find your well-deserved sleep.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy the balmy evenings after your vacation.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources.

Sehr schön! Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Als einzigstes fehlte ein Staubsauger. Wenn man sich mit Hund in der Wohnung aufhält, dann bekommt man den Teppich nur mit einem Staubsauger sauber.

Urlaub auf der Baustelle

Im Inserat war von gelegentlichen Rest-Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung die Rede. Tatsächlich ist die Wohnung umzingelt von Baustellen und es gibt massiven Lärm den ganzen Tag über. Dadurch ist der Balkon nicht nutzbar und die Wohnung eigentlich nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern
