Lieber Gast, schade, dass Sie mit uns nicht zufrieden waren. Eine Klimaanlage in unseren Regionen und dazu in 3*-Sterne Hotels ist schon recht selten. Natürlich können wir nachvollziehen, dass es an hochsommerlichen Tagen dann warm in den Zimmern/Gebäuden ist. Das geht uns allen so. Um eine "Menschentraube" bei Check-Out in unserer kleinen Hotelhalle zu vermeiden, haben wir uns dazu entschieden, bis auf Weiteres die Abrechnung für das Zimmer bei Check-In zu erledigen. Das ist durchaus üblich in Hotel - in Deutschland und weltweit, auch ohne Pandemie.
