In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.3 km, bus stop "Fügen Gemeindeamt/Apotheke" 3.1 km, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, ski lift 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 5 km, sled run 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn Fügen, Ski Optimal Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. The apartment on the 2nd floor is partly used by holiday guests who use the separate kitchen on the ground floor (access via a common hallway). The use of fireworks is prohibited on New Year's Eve.
