Dear guests, our cozy non-smoking apartment “Blum” spans two floors and is located right by the Lenne river. You reach your private entrance via an external spiral staircase. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and oven, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and WC, free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a winter garden, and a laundry room. Towels, bed linen, and kitchen linen are included.



The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests; infants and small children count toward the total occupancy. If you are traveling with a baby, please contact us in advance via the booking platform so we can coordinate sleeping arrangements together.



Located in Fleckenberg, the apartment is a perfect base for hiking and cycling. Parking and storage for bikes or skis are available. A bakery with café, an inn, and a bus stop are nearby. Bikers are warmly welcome. Charging electric cars is not possible at the apartment.
