This accessible holiday apartment on the first floor offers around 42 m² of living space, including a 5 m² balcony, for up to 4 guests (standard occupancy 2). The apartment is lovingly furnished, functional, and creates a cozy, open atmosphere. Smart TV, landline, and Wi-Fi are provided. Dogs and cats are welcome. The entrance area features a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for your stay. The adjoining dining and living area invites you to relax and enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. The front sleeping area offers plenty of space to move. A workspace with a desk and office chair is integrated by the window in the rear part of the sleeping area. The bathroom is accessible by electric wheelchair and features a bathtub with integrated shower, grab bars, and a shower seat, as well as a washbasin with wheelchair access. The toilet has standard height and a built-in bidet. Grab bars are installed in the bathroom and entrance area. Two beds have adjustable slatted frames. All doors (two are sliding doors) are at least 80 cm wide. The balcony is currently not wheelchair accessible. The apartment can be reached by a spacious elevator and is designed to accommodate guests with mobility limitations (with companion). Modifications do not fully comply with DIN standards.



The Baltic Sea resort, about 20 km northeast of Kiel, offers a long sandy beach with plenty of leisure activities, well-developed cycling and hiking trails, and dog-friendly beaches. The Ostsee-Klinik Holm is just a short walk away. Outpatient care services are available for guests with special needs.
