Disliked: Cleanliness
Nachdem unsere Buchung rund 2 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt „aus technischen Gründen“ storniert wurde (was wir auch nur durch unseren Anruf erfahren haben - Info seitens Fewo gab es nicht) und wir auf die Schnelle eine Alternative finden mussten (natürlich extrem teuer), bekomme ich nun ernsthaft diese Mail mit der Bitte zu bewerten? Ich vergebe für diese Art der Abwicklung einen Stern - weniger geht leider nicht. Die Bewertung bezieht sich ausdrücklich nicht auf die Ferienwohnung, denn die wurde ja für uns storniert.
