Enjoy a group escape to the beautiful Mizen Peninsula in south-west Ireland and stay at this impressive house near Schull. Sleeping eight guests, the sumptuous, four-bedroom, dog-friendly property enjoys commanding views out over this picturesque corner of County Cork and is the perfect place for your extended family stay or getaway with friends. With a large garden featuring play equipment for children, plus a games room, this is the perfect place to relax.


Return from your excursions and make your way through to the stylish kitchen/diner. Unpack the delicious, local produce you have bought and put the kettle on for a cup of tea to enjoy with the County Cork Irish bread you have bought. Perch on a stool up at the breakfast bar or pull out a chair and sit at the table. Wander through to the large, airy lounge to throw open the French doors on sunny days so you can enjoy the fresh air as you watch TV. Play table tennis with the children in the games room. A utility room and one of your bedrooms, a double, with a shower room, are also downstairs. Ascend the stairs to the upper levels of the house to discover a second lounge and the rest of your bedrooms. The gorgeous first-floor lounge has a wooden floor and fireplace, plus picture windows that pull the views inside. There is also another double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and shower, on the first floor. Head upstairs again to find two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.


Walk 0.5 miles into Schull to potter in the shops, dine out and take a ferry to Cape Clear Island. Enjoy a picturesque, coastal walk and see the remains of the medieval fortress of Dunmanus Castle, 6 miles away.
