Lack of fresh air, dungeon-like feeling in small room despite using air-conditioning unit. Staff switched me to a larger single bedroom and it was better because it had a fan. Staff were friendly and helpful regarding the hotel's shortcomings.

It is an older property, but clean. The breakfast each day and the parking was extra on top of the nightly fee. We liked the central location but it was noisy at night because our windows had to be open as there was no air conditioning. This was a big problem in August.

Nice breakfast. Center of town is right there. A little hard to find as it is up an alley. Parking costs. Very convenient location in the center of the city. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Good English.

Last minute stay. Had some difficulty with my reservation when I got there. Wasn’t too impressed. They couldn’t find my reservation, they said it was an issue with motel.com. Yet I had to fight with the receptionist, which was very nice, but offered to wait or pay for the night on top of what I already paid. Not good

Reception staff all spoke Good English and were very helpful. Good cental location. Underground parking was avalible but was extra at €5.50 (March 2018) perday, which is needed as parking in the area is very limited. Room had really good blackout curtains and bedside charging points. I personally found the bed hard, but that is a personal taste. The room had a basic mini bar.

Nice Hotel & Friendly, Helpful Staff

This is a nice and friendly hotel to stay in if you ever find yourself in this part of Germany. I would recommend it and would stay there again. It's a short walk to numerous restaurants and shops, has ample parking, and is overall a good bargain.

Great Hotel in the downtown heart !

I have stayed in this hotel several times, I noticed that this time the place was renewed. Rooms new look are very fresh and elegant, new carpets, etc. The breakfast as always was very good.

Ok for a couple of nights

Not a great deal of choice in SG. Little bit tired and carpets could do with a clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. Bar food is very reasonable and quite good so don't feel you have to eat out. Barmaid is very good. Breakfast is nothing to write home about though.
