We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.

We were there on a Sunday evening and the only dinning option was the "half-board" at Lisl restaurant. We had the both the vegetarian and meat. The food was not very good and considering there were only a few other tables, the service terrible. It a long time between courses. The entire meal took over 2 Hrs and I had go to the kitchen to find our server so we could sign the bill. Very disappointing experience.

We loved this place and will be returning. The only downside for our last stay was the hallway outside our room was being redecorated from 7:30am. Because the place is very quiet, it woke me up every morning.

Beautiful property! Perfect place to stay to visit both Neuschweinstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Everything about this property was great. Service, room, breakfast, pool, etc Would definitely recommend it to anyone that is wanting to visit the sights in this area.

The stay here was great. The property is nestled in the heart of history but is modern, great amenities and a team that is fabulous. I am someone who runs runs runs and tries to see all when I travel but this space asked me to slow down and enjoy it too, as I did.

If you want to relax and enjoy magnificent views, this is the place for you worth every cent! It is pricey, but it does worth it since the location is just underneath the famous castle and the place is absolutely gorgeous
