A very old style hotel in a great location, when the hotel is full parking is a bit difficult though.

Das Team hat sein Augenmerk sehr auf das Wohl und die Zufriedenheit des Gastes gelegt. Sonderwünsche wurden genau so berücksichtigt wie Gewohnheiten zum Frühstück! Von der Kundenorientierung könnten sich viele andere Hotels mehrere Scheiben abschneiden.

Achtung !!!! Fotos der Zimmer passen nicht mit der Realität. Erst auf Nachweis der Fotos an der Rezeption habe ich das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Frühstück nicht, wie angegeben im Preis inbegriffen. Kreditkartenzahlung nur widerwillig (Begründung: zu hohe Gebühren). American Express wird nicht akzeptiert, obwohl als Zahlungsmittel angegeben. WLAN in den sogen. Royal-Zimmer nicht vorhanden, nur im Frühstücksraum oder im Flur. Fernsehen mit Schnee im Bild, wie in den 80er. Das Personal (Bewirtung u. Frühstück) ist toll und sehr zuvorkommend. Hotelleitung pflegt die eigene WEB-Seite nicht. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.
