Welcome to Schwaz, the Silver City of Tyrol! The City Apartments are centrally located and offer the ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of the region. Explore the historic old town of Schwaz, visit the impressive silver mine, or enjoy a relaxed walk along the Inn River. Nature and sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth in the nearby ski areas of Zillertal, Achensee, and Kellerjoch - whether skiing, snowboarding, or hiking in the alpine landscape. Lake Achensee also invites you to water sports activities and picturesque boat tours.



The City Apartments offer you four different categories tailored to your individual needs. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and invite you to feel at home.



For your comfort, we offer a lift that makes all floors easily accessible. In the basement, a coin-operated washing machine (without detergent) and a vacuum cleaner are available for our guests. Pets are allowed in the City Apartments. Directly in the building, our guests have access to an underground car park with a total of four parking spaces, which are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis. In addition, numerous public parking options are available nearby, which can be used for a fee.



City Apartments Standard (up to 4 persons)

Ideal for couples or small families, this apartment offers space for up to 4 people. It features a separate bedroom with a cosy double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen-living area invites you to cook and relax together. A modern bathroom with shower provides additional comfort. The apartment is located on the street side and does not have a balcony.

This apartment offers its guests a water park.
