For shared use: property. Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Schwendau Drei Linden" 51 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km.
