5G internet is installed at the property. As we are rural at times it may be a little slow. The easiest way to connect your devices is by scanning QR code on the base of the router or by entering WindTre network credentials, also found in the base of the router.

A Smart TV is available and you can watch a variety of free channels or use your own credentials to log into Netflix, AppleTV, Disney etc.
SMOKING
Please note smoking is not allowed inside of the house and smokers should always use ashtray (please never dispose of cigarettes onto the land - it is a fire risk in hot Sicilian climate).
FIRES
Please do not burn live fires on the property as this is strictly monitored by local council fire watchers. A live fire ban is imposed during summer season by the local council and penalties are very substantial (approx €5000). BBQ’s are allowed!
WATER
Due to location, water in the house comes from the well and is pumped and stored in the water tank (in front of the house). Water is then automatically pumped into the house, when needed. Water is not suitable for drinking, but is used for cooking, showers and other domestic use. 2 bottles of bottled water will be provided on your arrival. We have had droughts in Sicily, please be mindful when using the water. Waste from the toilet and water is collected into the villas septic tank, to avoid blockages, please only dispose of organic matter.
AIR CONDITIONING
Please note all 3 rooms (both bedrooms and living room) have adequate air conditioning units. These are autonomous units and are operated via remote controls (1 in each room). To conserve energy, please refrain from leaving units on when you are out.
WASHING MACHINE
Please note washing powder draw is non operational and all detergents should be please into the drum of washing machine. Washing line is installed on the left side of the house (hook to the opposite tree in the land). Alternatively clothes airer is available. Please also note - switch on the socket above the kitchen top controls electrical supply to the washing machine, so please check it is ON if washing machine does not start.
PARKING
Please note property drive can easily accommodate two cars. If there is a need to park more vehicles, please do not obstruct main road.
SUN LOUNGES & BEACH UMBRELLA
2 sun lounges and 1 beach umbrella are available for use at the property or you can use it when visiting the beach.
