The annex instead consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom. The villa even has air-conditioning and heat pumps in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, television, washing machine and dishwasher, American coffee and espresso machine, ice-maker and barbecue. The sizable property also contains another villa that, in turn, has a swimming pool, terraces and private garden.
