Isla Verde is an exclusive complex of three villas with a swimming pool located in the vicinity of Sampieri, a characteristic seaside village in south-eastern Sicily renowned for its long beach of fine golden sand. Immersed in greenery, but just a few minutes from the sea, the villas have, in addition to the common park and large swimming pool, a large equipped terrace and private gardens that allow you to enjoy a relaxing holiday among the colours and scents of the Sicilian countryside. Arranged on a single level, the houses are characterised by attention to detail and refined furnishings and consist of a welcoming living-dining room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin room and two bathrooms. Totally independent from each other, they are all equipped with wi-fi, ceiling fans, central heating, washing machine and dishwasher. The property also boasts a privileged location: the Baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, the beaches of Marina di Ragusa and the Vendicari nature reserve are just a short distance away.
