I would give this facility a negative score if it were possible. The only ice machine in the entire hotel was not working. Clerk told me to go to the Econo Lodge next door to get ice. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The electrical outlet beside the bed did not work. I was charged a $35 fee to ensure that I wouldn’t take your towels that probably cost about 25 cents each.

The bathroom wasnt clean there was a dirty wash cloth and soap bix in the shower and the toulet paper hokswr hung out of the wall and cut my seven year old on tge back if her arm

Interesting time

The front desk person was great amazing person. Very friendly and there to help. But the room was dirty Rosa layer of dirt above the closet area where you’re supposed to be able to put your bags it was just dirt. And you tell the bathroom hadn’t been swept or cleaned. The ice machine was broken at the hotel. Had to go to another hotel to get ice. I was expecting a little bit more for breakfast, but it is a grab and go. You get donuts and coffee. The bed slept good and the sheets were clean, but couldn’t really hear the TV. And had trouble getting in and out of the refrigerator cause it Was on a tray to keep it from leaking on the floor. But as hard as location, that was great it was close to the school and close to my brother‘s house.

it looked like they just plopped a standard small hotel in the middle of a parking lot surrounded by much larger hotels. false advertising, no breakfast. shower curtain was dirty inside and i seen some dirt surrounding the door walls and pn the floor. no lid to the toilet, half the lamps had no bulbs. staff was friendly enough. the bed was much better than rodeway and the pillows were great also.

Inexpensive for good reason.

No in room coffee maker,bed was uncomfortable,no tv directory no working ice machine available. Complementary breakfast was small Hostess cupcakes, coffee, orange or apple juice.

Interesting

The bathroom door is a tight squeeze around the toilet so it's a pain to close. My fiance and I decided it wasn't worth the effort in the small bathroom so we left it open. The seemingly strategic placement of the full length mirror (I appreciate that they have one) led us to a whole new level in our relationship. We found that one could be sitting on the toilet, the other laying in bed, and if we look in the mirror we can have a face to face conversation. What a unique experience! I had the patience of a saint during check in. It took 30 minutes and there was no one else around. Literally we may have been the only guests. The front desk employee had to call someone else for help. I get that people need to learn but now I am seeing an extra charge on my card. We will see how that plays out. The hotel was very dark overall and made me a little leery with my nighttime arrival. The area did have multiple restaurants nearby which was convenient. It was nice to have a mini fridge. We had ample towels. There was beautiful artwork on the wall of the room. . Cleanliness was mid. There was a washed stain on the top cover but I did feel comfortable enough to walk around without my shoes on. The bed was hard so I guess it depends what you prefer. Overall I would stay again. However we try to travel cheap so we don't have high expectations

They charge an extra 30 for early check in and we're incredibly rude about it. The room smelled terrible, like something rotting. There was mold in the bathtub and traffic was so bad around this area it made it difficult to get into the parking lot.

Worst stay experience

I booked the room online. When I got there I was informed there is a 35 upfront fee you can get back but we're iffy on if it will be between 3 days and 12 after that good luck calling them. I would have checked out at that point but they had my money and said it would take three days to go back to my card. We get to the room. It's not the best but not the worst I've seen. To close the door to use the restroom you had to lift the whole toliet seat up and that's so gross. Coming in and going out. The water pressure is about at 49%. You have to run the water for ten minutes to get it hot then it stays that way. You can't cool or it. So painful and that's if you even can fit in the bathtub. The air conditioner sounded like a plane was crash landing every 15 minutes so you'd get a good snooze then bam!! I slept a hour in two days. The bathroom ceiling was exposed. So I hope no one could see us. I found d two live roach bugs.
