Overall good stay but definitely need updates. Multiple times i had to get my key card reprogrammed because it would not work. Also a bit outdated rooms. Ceiling pieces coming down in bathroom.

This place exceeded our expectations! We've stayed in some real crappy places for the same price. The beds were super comfy, everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We travel from New Hampshire to Tennessee often and will make this our new stop along the way every time. Stay here!

I was very upset with the communication system— tried to cancel because of an emergency and could not get a live operator on the phone . Because of the situation , I had no time or patience— therefore I sacrificed my one night stay and was unable to speak with anyone about a refund. This is a great property to stay at if you are in the Scranton area. Comfy beds, clean room, refrigerator and microwave. The suite has a nice couch. Breakfast is very good. delicious chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Felt very safe. The only thing I would warn is if you are sent sensitive. There are a lot of incense burning through at the lobby. You can’t smell them in the room though.
