Don’t stay there

Gross. The rooms were gross. The hot tub was closed. The bug and dirt in the room. The build up in the ice maker. The guest that look to live there on sec 8. Since I booked 3rd party but he would let them know it was ok to refund Call hotels and no Refund scam

This hotel is not neat & clean. In our room there was no Fridge, Microwave. Lot of Bed bugs have bitten me last night.

Room was non smoking, but other rooms where smoking. Hot tub was broke, shower/tub was dirty. Curtains had something on them. One coffe cup was not in plaster while another was. Lids to coffee cup were dirty. Coffe back had a sticky substances on it. Sink loojed to be coming off wall. Room smelled of dirty feet and one comforter had hole in it.

My family and I stay was a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and polite. My only issues is that the lights in the room didn’t work. One of them was missing a bulb and that our TV didn’t work either other than that very comfortable and fun.

Comfy place.

The man at check in was very friendly and accommodating. I ended up getting the flu 20min after check in so i spent the night sick. We wanted to relax in the pool and hot tub and go out for a few hrs but that didnt happen. But i was able to stay in bed for the night
