What can I say that has not already been said? It’s a dump. Front desk unfriendly…asked where I can park? His response…”in an open spot”. Went to room, open door, and someone is in room! Went back to front desk. Response? “He shouldn’t be there”….um, no kidding. Got new room, 3rd floor. DUMP! Back down to the front desk. Asked if the roach in the tub was extra. DO NOT GO HERE!

Front approach littered wirth cigarette butts. Front door outside garbage recepticles over flowing with refuse. Room definitely not clean. Cover for AC Heat system fell off unit. Free breakfeast was exceptionally poor. Nothing hot served. Everything was store packaged donuts, etc. Second time I have had this type of experience at a Wyndham establishment. Seriously doubt I would book your accomodations again.

easy to find, entered from the back street but there is a main entrance right on carbondale highway, i think route 6? anyhow, it was good, easy to get to and no problems at all. clean lobby and good staff.

Don’t believe the pictures

As we pulled into the driveway I thought the hotel was an abandoned building until we rounded the corner and saw cars. The smell of the place was like fish sticks left on a dashboard on a hot day. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful. The room was gross. No shower curtain! And it looked like they tried to paint the tub. Beds weren’t and I don’t think I caught any bedbugs, so there is that.

The hotel was poorly maintained. Dirty, the floor had not seen a vacuum or mop in awhile. Pillows smelt like BO. Hall floors were sticky and had a bicycle parked in the hall. Lots of noise and the police were there in the middle of the night. Did not feel safe in the hotel.

The nicest staff across the midwest makes up for the average continental breakfast at this edge of town hotel. I appreciated the spacious and well lit hallways with clean tile floors! I didn't use the indoor pool but I saw families enjoying it through the windows on my way to the tavern for great dinner deals. Turned out there was ooptional entertainment that brought in a bit of a crowd downstairs on each of my three day stay but the only sound on the second floor was the minifridge in my room!

This place was terrible. I arrived at night after a long day of driving. I am female and I was traveling alone. I could not turn on the lights when I opened the door. None of the switches worked in the front half of the room. I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I treked back downstairs. The desk clerk told me "that happens sometimes- look for a switch by the bed, and that might help". But it didn't. So I had no lighting in the front of the room, bath and even the tv didn't work. Unbelievable. At check out, I told the morning desk clerk what I had to deal with, and requested a credit on the charges since I paid for a room with electricity. He barely acknowledged my concerns and declined to issue a credit. Consequently, I will decline to stay at any of this hotel's/chain's location forevermore!

The hot tub was out of order, the gym area was poorly maintained, the AC in the room was missing its buttons, the tv screen was cracked and a large black mark blurred the view. Large cracks and pieces missing from the tub, so I didn’t dare take a shower out of fear of accidentally cutting my feet. Pubic hairs around the sink when we checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they were renting by the hour.

Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!

We arrived at about 8pm. At check in the women seemed completely bothered that we were trying to check in and that she had to put her face time call on hold. Not your typical check in greeting. We then made our way to the elevator, got on, it was so dirty and appeared to be being held together with duck tape. We got to our room with hopes it was time to relax to be greeting with a gnarly stench. The room felt moist and we immediately began to feel itchy. There were bugs crawling around which we looked up and found to be book lice. Book lice tend to be found in damp moldy places. I contemplated taking the 3 hour trek home hard but we were all so exhausted. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the curtains. When we check out another group ride the elevator with us and headed straight to the desk to let them know they found roaches. The health inspector needs to check this place out. It is disgusting.

Lipstick on a pig

This place is awful. Rust, mold, a literal disposable floss pick holding up the shower curtain rod. Hair dryer literally falling apart, no microwave, no mini fridge, no little coffee maker. TV plugs into an extension from the socket on the base of the lamp on the table for a lovely effect of dangling cords across the wall. When asking the front desk after check-in about the lacking amenities, the staff told me "if the room has it, then it does. If not, then it doesn't." Well, thanks. I wanted to come down from the 4th floor to make a bag of popcorn in the lobby while the couple on the lobby couch keeps making what look like drug deals with random cars coming and going in the parking lot. Stayed here once before during the remodel and it wasn't so bad. Apparently all that work was lipstick on a pig. It will only allow for 8 images to be uploaded, but I've got plenty more photographic mementos from this shitshow.

I had a problem with this property, i have spent sometime in differen hotels and motels i know things happen and booking events how ever i never as a person staying in a room not have a place to park every place i have ever stayed in customers have privilege parking first not at this days inn and when i brought it to attention to night shift manger he brushed me off and said well you got to do what you have to do this this in the bar was last minute thats fine but i have an issue with my foot and had no handicapped parking
