Facility was in rough shape. Room carpet was stained and looked dirty. Pictures are deceiving with room size. Waited for almost 5 minutes at desk at 5:40AM to get extra towel and no one came to desk. Then went back down at 6 and again no one in sight. Let around 6:30 and still no one at front desk.

Sketchy stay.

On the outside of the building it looked promising. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Very run down room. Had black marks on the bed sheet. Was dirty looking. Smelled like weed on main floor. Was woke up to some dude at 1:30am asking if I lost my phone. Which I believe cause I’m not a small guy wasn’t the intention. Sketchy to say the least. No thanks

This hotel is a hidden "gem" of sorts. I have now stayed here multiple times because it is safe and conveniently located. It is also clean and reasonably priced. The only complaint I have had so far on this trip was I did the pre-checkin, including my expected arrival time. I got to the hotel right at the time I had estimated yet no one in sight to get me a key and finalize my checkin -- frustrated that there was no way for me to find someone or ring a bell or something. After awhile, an employee finally showed with no apology for my having to wait. What's the point on a pre-checkin when you end up having to wait LONGER because no one is there??

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and coffee was horrible. Room was clean but maintenance issues like loose tile and strong septic smell in bathroom from floor drain. Access road had a huge pothole to watch out for!

Property not clean.

Room was not clean. Dust everywhere. Nose prints on door by peephole. Dirty carpets. Dirty window seating area. Used razor under cushion in window seat. Limited analog tv. Breakfast selection was horrible. Persons smoking outside side door stunk up elevator while using. Had to use disinfectant wipes to clean surfaces of room and bath to feel ok to stay in room. Staff friendly. Price reasonable but overpriced for the condition of property inside.

We asked for a room on the quiet side as my wife was coming out of the hospital from major surgery. We were told that our room was the only one available and was quiet.However we heard all the trafic of I-81 all night and barely slept on and off. We will never stay there again.
