Yes, cheap room rate but you get what you pay for. Unfriendly staff. Shady people hanging out in the lobby. Room wasn’t clean. No cord to room telephone. Loud people hanging out in the parking lot. Definitely won’t be staying again.

We checked in with my family around 9pm on December 15th. Right away, there was a problem—they gave us a smoking room. We had to get it changed. Then, around midnight, the knocking started. There were people outside our door, pretending to be front desk staff. It was unsettling and felt genuinely dangerous. We had to threaten to call the police just to get them to leave. Do not stay here. It isn’t safe.

Booked a room for 3 people. The room only had 2 sets of thread bare towels in bathroom. The wash clothes, which were white, were dirty/stained, and should never have been put out for hotel guests. At 6pm the night we checked in, I asked for another set of towels for the 3rd person, front desk was unable to give us a 3rd set of towels. Bathroom sink/ faucet area looked like it had not been cleaned. The breakfast that was included, was not much of a breakfast. There was no cereal in the cereal containers. And there was only 1 thermal coffee dispenser of coffee. Though we were booked for 3 nights, we checked out that morning.

At 7:15 in the morning there was no breakfast left. Serving trays were empty. Cereal Bins were empty. Coffee was empty. There were only 5 guests in the area so it wasn't that they ran out quickly. King size room has no desk. A desk chair but no desk.

The desk attendant had to send me to 3 different rooms and he was great. System was allowing him to put me in a dirty room and and an occupied room. Final room was grimy but ok. Kind of unfortunate.

Not enough towels, dirty room with cockroaches . Not satisfied with stay at all. And this hotel has many people doing drugs. A guy passed out with a tourniquet on his arm right beside our door..had to wake him so he wouldn't freeze to death!

Difficulty getting basic needs, clean towels, toilet paper. Always required to come back later which they never did except for 1 single housekeeper, Meena. She was amazing and always returned with whatever you asked for.

Nasty! Do not stay here. The first room I was given was so dirty, moldy, smelled bad, and the pull out sofa bed was all mold with crumbled up sheets left over since who knows when. I was not putting my son on that! I asked for another room. The second room they gave me was right next door to the first one. This room was not much cleaner, smelled heavily of cigarettes, and the pull out sofa bed did not have sheets or blankets. I went back to the front desk to ask for some sheets and was told "we don't supply those".Once again I asked for a different room. The third and final room didn't smell too bad (little bit of a weed smell). This room had 2 queen beds. Things were a little cleaner, but mold was still here and there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! The only good thing I have to say is that the front desk employee was kind and let me keep changing rooms.

Breakfast was closed due to maintenance room could have been better. Door in the room goes next door could hear sounds. Nothing like hearing the two next door having sex together. Toilet seat loose. I generally don’t stay here just went one night to save money. Last time I stayed here was woke up by rude people laughing and being loud outside at 530 am. Go to Quality inn or Days Inn
